- Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to Memorial Hospital Belleville or Shiloh (indicated in later step). You will pick up merchandise when it arrives early March.
- Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

- Employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in MHpayroll. Auto deduct based on the following scale (unless stated otherwise by customer): less than $50.00 = 1 pay period, $50 - $75 = 2 pay periods, & more than $75.00 = 3 pay periods
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Employee ID# & Location (Belleville or Shiloh) to confirm payroll deduction payment and pick up location of the merchandise. See picture below for example. *Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.

- All major credit cards & debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal & Google Pay accepted. Type in payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT.
- During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in box MH & Location (Belleville or Shiloh) to direct your purchase to the fundraiser and confirm pick up location.
