- Full & part time OHMCH employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in OHMCHpayroll. Auto deducted from 4 pay periods with a $250 payroll limit. PRN not eligible.
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Employee ID# . See picture above for example.
- Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping charges if choosing direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
