Follow instructions below so hospital gets credit:

SHIPPING
Add items to cart. When done shopping, Select CHECKOUT or CART & choose Fulfillment Method option:

• Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to WinnMed. You will pick up merchandise when it arrives late October.
• Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.​

PAYMENT

• All major credit cards & debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal & Google Pay accepted. Type in payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT. 
• During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in box WinnMed to direct your purchase to the fundraiser. This will also indicate where to ship the merchandise.
