STEP 1: SHIPPING
Add items to cart. When done shopping, Select CHECKOUT or CART & choose Fulfillment Method option:
Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to CHI St. Joseph's Health. You will pick up merchandise when it arrives early-mid November.
Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

- During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in box CHISJH to direct your purchase to the fundraiser. This will also indicate where to ship the merchandise.
