CANCEL ORDER: To cancel an order, please contact Geneva Distributing as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
RETURN NEW ITEMS: You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email [email protected] with the order number, a contact name/number/email, and the reason for the return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice. Add a note in the return box with your order number, a contact name/number/email, and reason for returning.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please have your order number on hand, describe the item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with the proper instructions.

Geneva Distributing will pay for the shipping of the new item back to the customer. Additionally, if there is a difference in the price of the merchandise being exchanged, you will be responsible for that cost as well.
