SELECT DATES. Start by selecting dates of your choice. We recommend running the online sale for approximately a week or more.
ADVERTISING. Your hospital will receive a custom website & QR code to promote the online sale. It will give the customers instructions on how to direct their purchase to the fundraiser. We supply advertising PDFs and JPEGs to promote the sale along with ideas on how to get the word out there - emails, text messages, social media posts, table tents, posters, and more. Displaying sample products in advance is a great way to allow the customers to see and feel the items before purchasing online.
COMMISSION. $1500 in sales or more receives 20% commission. Less than $1500 in sales receives 15% commission.
PAYMENT OPTIONS. We offer a system that allows payroll deduction for hospital employees. Other options for customers are all major credit cards, debit card, or PayPal.
SHIPPING. We offer a one-time free shipment of all the items to the hospital where the employees can pick up their merchandise. We label each item with the person's name so you know who it's for and easier handling. Secondly, customers can pay for direct shipping to their doorstep. ***The option for customers to pick up their items for free from the hospital is required for an online sale.
