- Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to FHN Memorial Hospital. You will pick up merchandise when it arrives.
- Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

- FHN employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in FHNpayroll (deducted from 2 pay periods on 10/3 & 10/17).
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Employee ID# to confirm payroll deduction payment. See picture below for example. *Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
