Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to IMH. You will pick up merchandise when it arrives late October or early November.
Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

- Hospital employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in IMHpayroll (auto deduct from 3 pay periods- unless otherwise stated). The coupon code will direct your purchase to the fundraiser and also tells us where to ship the item if you choose 'Pick up in store' for free shipping to the hospital. Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping charges to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
- All major credit cards & debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal & Google Pay accepted. Type in payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT.
- During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in box IMH to direct your purchase to the fundraiser.
