- Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to LCHC. You will pick up merchandise when it arrives after August 28.
- Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

- Type in credit card payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT.
- During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in box LCHC to direct your purchase to the fundraiser.
PAYROLL DEDUCTION:
- HRH employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in LCHCpayroll (auto deducted from 4 pay periods).
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Badge #. See picture below for example. *Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
