Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to MCMH. Lemon Tree Gift Shop will contact buyers when items are available to pick up after October 17th.
Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.
