• PAYROLL DEDUCTION, employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in MonroePayroll (Auto deduct from 3 pay periods). Click APPLY. Click NEXT. This step is crucial: Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Employee # to comment box to confirm payroll deduction.
*Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
• CREDIT CARD, Type in credit card payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT. This step is crucial: Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Monroe Clinic to comment box. This directs your purchase to the fundraiser and also tells us where to ship the item if you choose 'Pick up in store' for free shipping to the hospital.
