- Mosaic employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in MosaicPayroll (auto deduct 2 pay periods).
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in Caregiver # to confirm payroll deduction payment. See picture below for reference.
- ***Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping direct to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
