Option 1: Select 'Pick Up in Store' for FREE shipping to SBL. Items available for pick up or delivery to hospital or clinics specified when they arrive.
Option 2: Select 'Ship Order' for customers to pay for direct shipping to their doorstep.

PAYROLL DEDUCTION:
- Employees click ADD COUPON CODE and type in SBLpayroll
- Auto deduct $0-$25 = 1 pay period, $25.01-$100 = 2 pay periods, $100.01-$200 = 3 pay periods, $200.01-$300 = 4 pay periods.
- Click APPLY. Click NEXT. Under NOTE TO SELLER, type in your location & clinic for delivery. Please be specific so volunteers understand where to deliver merchandise. See picture below for example.
- Payroll deduction can only pay for the merchandise. Shipping charges to doorstep must be paid with credit/debit card.
OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- All major credit cards & debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal & Google Pay accepted. Type in payment details. Click APPLY. Click NEXT.
- During the LAST step of check out, under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER: Note to Seller, type in SBL & your location and clinic for delivery to comment box. This directs your purchase to the fundraiser and also tells us where you will be picking up the merchandise. Please be specific so volunteers understand where to delivery merchandise.
